| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 7, 2007 Pours a deep orange with a thin off-white head. The aroma was notably hoppy - a lovely combination of crystal malts and fruity, citrusy hops. The flavor followed the aroma: it was a mellow combination, well-balanced, of sweet malts and hops. The finish was decently hoppy and bitter with a nice touch of citrus and pine. Overall, a nice session beer. tangentrider (144), USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 6, 2006 Draft at the brewpub. The hops aren’t as big as I would expect for this style, and it’s a bit light on the malt, but this beer is close to what I expect for the style. after4ever (2805), Brier, Washington, USA

Not sure what happened here...all their beers are phenomenally watery at this location. There’s some life in this one--just a hint of earthy malt and a whiff of hops--but it’s still not very refreshing or drinkable. It’s like someone multiplied the grain bill by a number half the size it should have been. P-tor44 (886), Anchorage, Alaska, USA
