Clear copper color with a tan head. Spicy caramel malty aromas with mild floral hops. Sweet n’ spicy sharp caramel flavors. Nicely bitter finish.

Light malt aroma. Pretty malty, some late hops. A little bit of funk to it seems, but that may be the malt. Decent anyway.

Pours a light reddish brown with ruby highlights and a thin, light tan head. The aroma is virtually nil - mostly malts, but a bit timid. The flavor is better - malty with a hint of spicy hops. The middle of the tongue picks up some hops. The finish has some noticable hop bitterness but finishes generally sweet and full-bodied. Overall, this was about middle of the road for the sampler - not terrible but not inspiring.

Another brew from Rock Bottom that’s only OK. I’m guessing that they’re trying to woo the pale lager crowd, so the beers purposely lack distinctive characteristics.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours good reddish amber with a bit of heady froth up top, but the nose does next to nothing and the flavor even less. There’s malt and hops in there somewhere, but nothing you could pick out and ascribe a character to. Stands out from the rest of the tray mainly by virtue of color.

This was the best beer from this location... malty/sweet, just enough hops to balance (non-NW varieties), smooth finish... good session ale

Nothing special. Decent red ale with nice malt flavor. A good session beer, enough hops to balance.
