Terminus (1955), Illinois, USA Sep 26, 2006 tap at brewpub-pours orange with a nice froathy/soapy white head. great lacing down the side of my pint glass thoe whole way. nose is chalk full of cascade goodness-fresh and piney. Flavors are hoppy with a nice sweet pale malt backbone keeping the balance here. finish is piney with grapefruit notes. Very much an SNCA clone, but it works. clean and crisp. jon112981 (324), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Aug 12, 2006 Tap at Bethesda. Smells of lemon and assroted citrus. Copper to orange color. Tastes like a pale but not too hoppy. Finish is all citrus. alexanderj (1229), San Diego, California, USA Aug 1, 2007 On draft in Bethesda. Poured a light orange/dark gold, not much head. Good aroma of citrus and flowers; slightly sweet. Flavor was mellow and good. Good balance, not overly hoppy. Flavors of grapefruit, floral and malt. KUEric (558), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Aug 5, 2006 Draft in Behtesda: Aromas of pine, lemon, grapefruit. A copper color, minimal head. A sweet sugary malt front to the flavor, with definite cascade hops and lemon, grapefruit. BückDich (4540), Boise, Idaho, USA Oct 3, 2006 Draught at Brewpub during RBSG DC 06 Weekend
Bronze color, thin head, nice lacing. Nose of cascade, light dry malt malt. Earthiness. The flavor is balanced, nice hopping level and a medium body, lingering in the finish. Decent.
