hotstuff (3038), Indiana, USA May 1, 2008 Draft at College Park location in Indianapolis, IN.Small off-white head that mostly diminished, good lacing, transparent, no carbonation observed, and a gold hue. Nose was hoppy, grain and citrus. Ditto for the flavor. Smooth, thin mouthfeel and light in body. Quaffable and very easy to drink brew.
dougblur (11), , Indiana, USA Jul 18, 2008 A left over bottle submitted at the Indiana state fair entered as an American IPA.
I didn’t taste any rye and the hops were weak. Possibly the bottle was aged. thedm (3406), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Jun 25, 2008 This draft brew fom the College Park location in Indianapolis, IN poured a small head of mostly diminishing foamy finely sized bubbles that left behind a yellow-orange colored transparent soft carbonated body. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish. The aroma was of mild rye and hops in the aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of rys and hops. jsquire (1863), St. Marys, Ohio, USA Apr 30, 2008 On tap at the College Park pub. Clear red-amber color with a lasting khaki head. Cereal grain nose. Earthy hops, a raw grain astringency, and something that reminds me of rosemary. Flavorful, and good with bar fries. BDR (1865), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Oct 31, 2007 ABR 2007. Copper body with rye and citrus hop on the nose. More rye in the grainy malt body with a little citrus hop finish. Not bad at all.
