Commercial Description:
This beer was brewed especially for the 2009 Oak Park micro brew and food review which was put together by seven generations ahead.

The base beer is a one year old IPA that was re-dry hopped with fresh/wet hops twice.

Pale orange, hazy colour. A little bit of light frutiness as well as some nice fruitiness and light spice. Soflty resiny with a more typical pine cone character toward the back. Fruit and light spice with a spicy hoppiness. A pretty solid IPA

Pours hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of lemon and grapefruit. Good flavor with a lot of bitterness and not much fighting back the hops, which I like. Quality IPA.

Tap at the Brewpub: Hazy/cloudy golden with a dense white well retained head. Zesty fresh and bright aroma of Centennial lemony fresh hop aromatics. Clean. Crisp on the palate with a light end of a medium body. Flavor is the same with a crisp bright citric lemon hop flavor and just a hint of mild pale malt in the middle to make the moderately piny finish welcoming. A decent IPA.
