Sep 13, 2009 Pale orange, hazy colour. A little bit of light frutiness as well as some nice fruitiness and light spice. Soflty resiny with a more typical pine cone character toward the back. Fruit and light spice with a spicy hoppiness. A pretty solid IPA

Aug 25, 2009 Pours hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of lemon and grapefruit. Good flavor with a lot of bitterness and not much fighting back the hops, which I like. Quality IPA.

Aug 24, 2009 Tap at the Brewpub: Hazy/cloudy golden with a dense white well retained head. Zesty fresh and bright aroma of Centennial lemony fresh hop aromatics. Clean. Crisp on the palate with a light end of a medium body. Flavor is the same with a crisp bright citric lemon hop flavor and just a hint of mild pale malt in the middle to make the moderately piny finish welcoming. A decent IPA.

Aug 22, 2009 draught at 2009 oak park micro brew and food review. aroma is of strong grapefruit with some resin notes. sunny appearance. lingering bitterness with more sticky resin. grapefruit esters continue. fruit bouquet pushes this into strong territory.
