Pours a cloudy gold with white head. Very nice aroma of grapefruit and a lot of other citrus and other fruit. Nice bitterness, great flavor. I really enjoyed this one.

Sep 30, 2008 Cloudy, lemon-tea color, tapioca bone head. Nice fruity, grapefruity aroma, though stereotypically AIPA. Medium sweetness, pronounced grapefruit, sour, not edgy in the hops department, but there is a strong west coast hop underpinning. Long pine finish.

Aug 7, 2008 They call it an american ipa... not sure what that means but it does remind me of a fruity APA. Pours a dark golden color with a small white head and nice lacing. Aroma is sweet hop flowers definatelly floral with a light caramel and a touch of tropical fruit. Palate was well coated and a little sticky. Flavor was outstanding. Nice smooth even bitterness from a fruity hop, I’d say some watermellon and grapefruit mixed along w/ a lightly sweet caramel back. Very nice beer.

Jul 31, 2008 On tap at the RB Chicago. Pours a clear copper yellow with a creamy beige head. Citrus, grapefruit, and pine in the aroma. Creamy malt and fruit flavors. Citrus, floral, pine, and grassy. The citrus light hop bitterness jumped at me at first. But it quickly became boring. This needs more hops and bitterness to make this something good.

Jul 25, 2008 On tap at the brewpub in Chicago. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet citrus and floral hops. The taste was basically a juicy batch of citrus hops, full of flavor, only a hint of bitterness. Quite nice.
