Commercial Description:
Our newest hoptastic creation is named after comedic legend, the late, great Dom DeLuise who portrayed the hero ‘Captain Chaos’ in one of the most heralded movies of our time, Cannonball Run. We can only hope the 3 pounds per barrel of dry hopping with Amarillo, Centennial and Cascade can stand up to the great acting, writing and direction in the film. 7% ABV

Tap at RB Chicago. Poured a very pale yellow color. I was a little put off, as I expected a darker beer. Aroma is nice, while not being too outrageous. Very crisp IPA with the hops definitely dominating. Good stuff...

On tap at RB Chicago a couple weeks ago and written onto the pages of my newsweek. Pours a hazed yellow orange with a white head that laces down in patches. Fresh abundant pine, grass, candy sugar, floral, and lemon aromas that are really inviting. The sweet pale malt flavors are more present than I expected. The pine citrus, and grass are strong but don’t offset the overly sweet malts and have an odd character combined with the alcohol to make them almost medicinal. The bitterness lingers. Overall a solid beer though. 8/4/7/3/14

draft at RB Chicago....pours a golden apricot orange with a frothy medium white head.... aroma of sweet tropical and citrusy hop nose... generally sweet citrusy and red grapefruit hop flavor, an ounce of lingering bitterness in the finish. a little too sweet for my liking but still pretty solid.

Pours cloudy yellow with a thick off white head. Serious citrus aroma. Pine in the flavor, but mainly citrus. I told my buddy it was like drinking grapefruit. A little oily, I really liked the flavor though.

Draft at RBC. Pours a cloudy bright yellow with a nice foamy head. Nose is standard C-hops and Amarillo. Pine, citrus, tropical fruit & amarillo rubber. Taste is a bit dank, sharp bitterness and resiny. The slight rubbery sulfuric notes come through as well. Okay.
