Rock Bottom Cincinnati Happy Pils

Refilled my growler with the 08 release. Pours nice golden color with white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Has a faint aroma, crisp malt and a slight hop presence. Flavor starts out with sweet malts balanced nicely by light bittering hops. Won’t stand out in a crowd but it is a very light, crisp and refreshing beer.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a clear pale color with a minimal fizzy white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Light hoppy aroma. Light body with soft carbonation and a watery texture. Light bitter flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. Thin soft beer.

This draft brew from the Cinci Rock Bottom brewery poured a small sized head of finely sized long lasting white colored bubbles that left behind an excellent lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and yellow in color. Its aroma contained notes of very mild malty . Its mouth feel is initially slightly tingly soft with a lingering slightly tingly mellow palate and a aftertaste. Its flavor contained mild malt hop notes. A very average brew.

Draft at Rock Bottom in Cincinnati. Poured a small white head that was mostly lasting, fine-small sized bubbles, lacing was excellent, no visible carbonation, transparent, and a yellow hue. Aroma was malty and sweet. Flavor was sweet, malty and some hops. Tingly, hoppy mouthfeel. Light body.
