Mar 24, 2008 On tap at Rock Fest ’08. I really liked this Triple. Hazy yellow pour. Sweet sugary aroma. Spicy tarty taste. You can taste the quality yeasts used in this brew. Nice finish, well balanced beer. Good job Liz.

Mar 23, 2008 yellow color with a head that dissolves into a white ring fairly quickly. tart fruit in the nose. flavor is sweet and spicy. tartness in the finish. a respectable beer in a style that is not a favorite of mine. tasted at <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/brewers/rock-bottom-chicago/4301/>

Mar 23, 2008 Nice pour, a clear golden body with a billowy white head. The nose was very fruity, cherries & light plums, with a pale malt sweetness, a drop of honey, and a soft floral yeastiness. Very tasty with a light spiciness added to the flavor along with a soft floral bitterness balancing it all out.
