goldtwins (3730), Nesconset, New York, USA Oct 29, 2007 Tap @ RB Denver. Poured a lightly hazed amber color with an off-white head. Big citrusy hop aroma right from the start. Sweet malt underneath. Malty start to the flavor with some sweet caramel and a citrusy middle. Nice long smooth bitterness on the finish. Medium body with a little warmth. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Name: American Dream

EValP (30), Colorado, USA Oct 3, 2006 This was a great IPA. Has a moderate straw malt aroma. Hard to make out over heavy grapefruit hop aroma from the hops. Striking at first but quite comforting as you drink. Small off-white creamy head that is fully diminishing. Body is clear and sparkling with great reddish amber color. Starts quite acidic and bitter but easy to drink. Finishes just as bitter and last a while on the palate. Has a medium to full body and is dry. Lively carbonation adds to the beer. This is a text book IPA with heavy hops and the cask conditioning and old English style, this IPA is a good one for sure.
