Head is mostly lasting.
Body is light yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a hint of DMS.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Not bad at all for what little it is attempting to be. And yeah, it’s May The 4th, not 5th. They had the quote "May the 4th be with you" on the chalkboard. Am I to assume this was in honor of the crushing of the Mexican conservative force that went to the French army’s aid on May 4th, 1862, helping the liberal Mexican victory of the battle of Puebla on the following day (celebrated now as Cinco de Mayo, as most know)?
