Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is dark amber to medium brown.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (cookie), with light notes of bubble gum and butter/diacetyl.
Flavor is moderately sweet.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Perhaps I am mistaken, but this also seemed off and unpleasant, like the Black Diamond. Funny name though...I was all worried it would smell like cardboard, but perhaps it only makes beers next to it seem oxidized?
