| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jun 18, 2007 Saison’s can vary widely in aroma and flavor depending on the spices, but this just wasn’t anything close to a saison in my opinion. Amber and no head (strike 1). Sugar and no spice in the aroma (strike 2). Very sweet with little else in the flavor (strike 3). In addition, very little yeast and carbonation. Less than a dry finish. The lacing wasn’t bad, though. SpudClampDawg (1027), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 14, 2007 This was the first beer we tried at the downtown Indy location - it was one of their seasonals. Pours a amber with no head. The nose is sugary sweet with hints of caramel. The body was simply underattenuated on this - lots of residual sugars made it hard to drink. The delicate saison yeast was just lost in this and the finish was far from drying. Not a good example IMO. Tmoney99 (4790), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 7, 2006 Draft at Cincinnati RB location. Hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head thar mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus and spice aroma. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Medium sour flavor with a medium sour citrus finish of moderate duration. Refreshing flavor. SkyinBrian (429), Collinsville, Illinois, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 9, 2003 THis brew poured a large head of fine to large sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a hazy yellow colored body with no visible carbonation. It had a fruity saison-like aroma and a biting fruity mouthfeel. The flavor was also biting and fruity.
