Small white head. Some carbonation. Pale malt and hop aroma. Clear golden coloured and hoppy with a crisp and slightly dry malt finish.

Feb 21, 2009 draft at the downtown brewpub - Pours yellow with a one finger white head and a very light malt aroma. The flavor is also extremely light. It’s watery and while not bad tasting, that’s mostly because it hardly tastes like anything. I think there’s a touch of hops in the finish. This pointless beer has no reason to exist.

Apr 30, 2008 Out of the sampler at the College Park brewpub. Foamy white head over a pale yellow beer. Light grain nose. Flavorful for a brewpub’s light offering. Light citrus peel, some sweetness, and an odd flavor that reminded me of baloney. Still a decent light beer.

May 16, 2007 Maybe it’s my imagination, but it actually has a slight jalepno aroma over light malt and corn. Strong hominy/grits cast. Very light hopping. Kinda tastes like a rice cake. Neutered and formulaic.
