draft at the downtown brewpub - Pours copper with a long lasting off-white head that laces heavily. The aroma is of pine and citrus accented hops with a touch of malt. The flavor is of course very well hopped. There are notes of grapefruit and some good malt sweetness to balance it out, followed by the expected long, bitter finish. I’m a sucker for the big IPAs.
