Small off-white head with good retention, transparent orange-golden body, no visible carbonation, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma was very nice..citrus hops, pineapple and caramel. The flavor was equally nice..citrus hops, caramel, malt, and delicately bitter. A tingly mouthfeel and medium bodied. I am not a hophead, BUT this is one nicely brewed IPA. It all came together very nicely and it was refreshing in its own way. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2009 This draft brew from a beer festival poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated golden brown colored body and a very good lacing. The aroma was mild hop. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The nice flavor contained notes of hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again. patrick767 (2033), fort wayne, Indiana, USA

It has a great citrus hops aroma. The flavor, as one would expect from the style, is all about the hops. It has good citrus notes and a nice malt balance that keeps it from being overpowering. Excellent IPA.
