Tap at KOP. Pours a lightly hazy orange with a medium creamy off white that laced. Aroma was all Amarillo and it was great. Floral and orange to the max. Some caramel and light toasted malt notes as well. Flavor was full of citrusy hops, lots of orange and just a touch of some caramel and breadt malts. To be honest the Rock Bottom in KOP has one of the best locally brewed IPAs around in their Prussias Pride, but this years American Dream has it beat.

2XIPA with Amarillo hops may not be everybody ’American dream’, but it worked for me. Moderate bitterness, plenty of amarillo hops give it a great citrus aroma. well blended, and a nice surprise @ Rock Bottom KOP.
