Feb 26, 2009 Draught at BrewPub: Faint aroma of spices, hops, and yeast. Poured amber in color with a small to medium-sized, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of strawberries, fruit, grains, malts, and yeast. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Strawberry and grain finish.

Feb 22, 2009 On tap at the KoP location. Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color wtih a small sized off white head. Aromas of fruitiness, roast, some and some chocoalte. Tastes of the same fruitiness (notably bananas), lighter roast, caramel, and some light spices in the end. Lively body.

Feb 17, 2009 Had a pint of Belgian Red Ale on my last (and first) visit to Rock Bottom KOP. Belgian-esque spice backed with fruit and maltiness in this light bodied ale.

Feb 15, 2009 Tap at KOP location. Pours a lightly hazy reddish amber with lots of golden notes and a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of toasted malt, fruity and spicy Belgian yeast esters, some nuts and a general fruity and malty sweetness. Flavor of toasted sweet malt, some caramel, fruity Belgian yeast esters, nuts and lightly earthy.
