Cask at BrewPub: Aroma of bourbon, caramel, toffee, wood, vanilla, and alcohol. Poured amber/light brown in color with a large, dense, creamy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Not sparkling. No lacing. Flavor was lightly sweet. Tastes of caramel, toffee, bourbon, wood, vanilla, oak, and slight nuts. Medium to full body. Thick, viscous, creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Creamy, bourbon finish.

On tap at KoP. On cask. Poured a meidum and cloudy amberish - brown color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of oak, woody, vanilla, bourbon, caramel, citrus, and some dark fruits. The woodiness came out as I drank more and more. Tastes of bourbon that was stronger than the aromas, vanilla, caramel, some nuttiness, and citrus. Light to medium alcohol in the finish but I would now have guessed 12%.

Cask at KOP. Pours a deeper Lange brown with a creamy off white head that left nice lacing. Aroma of vanilla, oak, caramel, dark fruits, vanilla, toasted malt and light pine with hints of citrus. Flavor of bourbon, vanilla, oak, strong caramel, pine, light grapefruit, bready, dark fruits and hints of cocoa. Really well done.

Cask in KOP... Poured a hazy, reddish brown color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, coconut, wood, dark fruits, caramel malts, pine, nuts, brown sugar, and alcohol. Taste of sticky caramel malts, vanilla, coconut, bourbon, dried fruits, molasses, wood, and some spicy alcohol in the finish.
