| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jul 5, 2004 Sample. Super-pale straw color, scant head, clear as can be. Extremely faint malt nose; decent fresh taste, but nothing going on. Better than expected, I guess. FROTHINGSLOSH (2038), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA

It looked a crystal clear light pale yellow color with a small white head. This really had me expecting the typical light yak piss. The scent was largely the typical macro scent although there was a mild spicy undertone. The flavor surprised me a little. It was dry, malty and sour. Really more flavor than I expected. This was actually a decently drinkable brew - for the style. I certainly could not recommend it highly but drinking it was not a chore at all. jewedekind (450), Middleton, Wisconsin, USA

A slight hop note here and there, nice malt nose and flavor for a light. Definitely lots of character for what it is. Much better than a Lite.
