Jul 3, 2007 En fût. Verre de dégustation dégusté à l’établissement de Boston (MA). Arôme: Légère odeur de céréales et de citron. Apparence: La couleur est paille avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Très léger goût d’houblons. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Jul 1, 2007 On tap at the Rock Bottom in Pittsburgh. Ubiquitous pale yellow american lager appearance. Some sweetness is the aroma. The taste is slightly bitter but acceptable for a pale lager. I’m surprised to find a lager brewed in a brewpub. Has more hops than a typical lager. Hops more like a pale ale not the mild processed hops that you normally find in a lager or pilsner. Overall a pretty friendly brew that is not bad. Good light session brew.

Jun 30, 2007 Sampler from tap at the brewpub in Boston. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Mild corny aroma. Corny and fruity malt aroma. Mild bitterness in the finish. Rather watery.

Jun 26, 2007 Rock Bottom King of Prussia. Clear pale straw with a sudsy white head. Sweet candy corn aroma with lots of fruity highlights. Medium sweet, syrupy flavor with some doughy notes, mild pepper, and little else. A serviceable palate cleanser and that is all.

Jun 18, 2007 Pours pale yellow with a medium white head with great lacing. Nose is faint lager yeast. Flavor is clean, sweet lager with malty notes and small floral hops towards the end. Mild bitter aftertaste. Very watery. Quite clean, no off taste, pretty good.

May 2, 2007 Pours pale golden w/ a decent head. Residual lacing is tetbook and on the sticky side. Aroma is beer. Light to medium nectar w/ ample cotton effers. Moderate bittering upfront w/ a mild malt backbone. No off flavors and not much of anything else for that matter. Nice bitterng on the finish.

Feb 16, 2007 Got this as the American Light (cincinnati). Pours a dirty-blond with white head. Taste actually has a bit more body that other light beers, but pretty much tastes like crap. Not a fan. I’d rather have a miller lite.

Feb 10, 2007 On tap at the RB, KoP location. Poured a lighter straw color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of straw, grainy and light lemons. Thin and watery.

On tap at Rock Bottom King of Prussia. If it didn’t come as part of the sampler, I would have never ordered a Light Lager beer. Poured a clear light yellow with a small white head. Trace of hops in the armoa and tastes and lightly sweet.
