Rock Bottom Dream Catcher Light Lager from Scottsdale location. Ok, the brewer at the Scottsdale location apparently knows how to make a pale lager because this was the second best beer they had and I drank it down really easily. It’s fresh as of 3 days before sampling. Pours to a thin, pale golden body with no head. The aroma is a very nice Hallertau hop with a light pale malt. Crisp hop aroma. The flavor is clean noble hops with a touch of spicy Hallertau. Like a nice Pilsener without the Saaz. Very clean and no flaws. The palate is light, refreshing, and finishes extremely clean.

Very good for a light beer. A bit fruity. A+ as far as "diet beers" are concerned.
