Flavor of caramel and a slight floral hop note. A little lacking in my opinion. rederic (1815), montréal, Quebec, Canada

It poured a clear orange/amber body with a a good head that did some slippery lacing. The nose was sweet and worty with a touch of earthy bitterness. The flavor was caramel, apple, and a bit more of that bitterness. Sessionable.

Toasted malt, caramel, fresh dough and a hint of citric hops. Very light nose. LIght sweet toasted malt and touch of dark candi. A few grains seem to float about, but a very light amber in any book. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2007 On tap at R.B. Milwaukee. Poured a clear, lighter medium orange with a short cap of off-white head. Nose was above all things pleasant... with caramel and hints of floral... a tad weak. Lighter-bodied, yet very smooth on the palate.. caramel and toffee malts meet light pine and honey. Very drinkable session ale.
