prosqtor (407), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA Aug 7, 2007 On tap at the RB Milwaukee. Straight forward PA. Lots of people order this because they mistake "Honey" Creek for a flavor enhancer, instead of a geographic location in Milwaukee County. Not bad, not great. Ughsmash (2958), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Mar 5, 2007 On tap at R.B. - Milwaukee. Poured a clear coppery amber with a medium off-white head and some sticky lacing. Nose picked up soft pear and citrus sweetness as well as some caramel.. quite nice. Flavor picked up caramel toffee, and sweet grapefruit at the core with rather mild juicy pear and grapefruit bitterness surrounding... soft and tasty. A little quick going across the palate, but a decent feel overall... just shy of medium-bodied. Nice one.
