Crystal clear apple juice body topped by off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, some pineapple. Taste is medium sweet, orange, light grapefruit. Light-medium body.

Draft... RBSG 07... Clear, light yellow ale with a small, frothy, white head. To me, it smells almost exactly like their Itasca Extra Pale Ale. Also tastes like a lower gravity version of the Itasca, but more acidity and just a hair less bitterness. Light to medium-bodied and astringent with soft carbonation. Sahara-dry finish.

Draft @ Minneapolis Brewpub: Copper gold, light head and lacing. Nose of light grassy hops, sweet orange. The flavor is thin, malty, catty. Ok finish with a bit of hops. Decent.

On tap (sampler) at the Minneapolis location, June 2007. Pale gold colour. Modicum of spicy, flowery hop in the aroma. The hop character is more herbaceous and "green" in the flavour profile, with a subtle bitterness. The mouthfeel, however, was softer and flatter than the Itasca sampled just before. Not bad, but I much preferred the Itasca, which was considerably more assertive and tasty.

Sampled at brewpub prior to RBSG’07. Pours a clear pale golden blonde brew with a nice white head. Aroma of orange citrus peel, some piney hops and a touch of pineapple. Taste is lightly sweet citrus, light bodied, and lightly carbonated. Very clean finish and aftertaste.
