Pigfoot (2225), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA May 13, 2008 Hazed amber appearance, adequate head above.
Aroma is distinctly sweet, cereal grains, with a hint of fruit.
Drinkin’: Smooth, light-bodied, yet fully flavored. Tastes like an ale up front, with the yeast and esters, but drinks down the gullet easy as pie, clean and cool like a lager. Like a less hoppy amber ale, or an amber lager with some extra character.
I’m liking it. Happy little brew here, yum, yum, yum.
