May 7, 2007 This was under the name Coconut Milk Stout at arborfest. ALso not sure how th coconut plays into it, but never the less, this stuff was super tasty, roasty good. Jet black in color, lots of coco taste going on. I need a growler of this!

Jun 26, 2007 RBSG 2007 at Rock Bottom Minneapolis. The beer pours to a heavily cascading black body with an ultra dense dark tan head and thick sheet lacing. Definitely nitrogenated. The aroma is dry cocoa powder but very light given the nitro. The flavor is really chocolatey with lots of sweet milk chocolate Hersey’s syrup. Rich chocolate everywhere. Sweetened condensed milk. Chocolate chips. Rich sweet malty creamy velvet palate.

Jun 27, 2007 Black color with a medium, creamy head. Aroma of sweet roasts and bitter chocolate milk. Flavor of lactose and some chocolate and roasts. Incredibly creamy mouthfeel. Very nice.
