| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 26, 2007 Rock Bottom King of Prussia. Clear, bright golden yellow with a sudsy white head. Aroma has a malty profile with melon and pear notes plus floral hop characters. Good doughy pils malt depth in the flavor and moderately low hop flavor and bitterness. A solid session lager. Too few pale lagers are dialed in as well as this one. kramer (2465), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 6, 2007 Tap, King of Purssia. Pours a clear light gold with a small white head that fell to a thin film. Some light bready malt and corn in the nose with maybe a hint of floral hops. Flavor still has a good amount of corn and hay notes. Just the lightest minimal amount of bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is thin and watery with moderate fizzy carbonation. Not sure this was any improvement over their Lumpy Dog Light. Perhaps the brewer forgot to add the hops to this batch, cause there wasn’t much to speak of in this glassful. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 31, 2006 Tap @ King of Prussia - Light hazed gold, thin fizzy white head. Nose held soft notes of florals, nutty earth, and grassiness, with faint fruity overtones. Well balanced flavors that turn towards the floral earthy tone throughout. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, crisp, clean, floral, fruity hop finish. A nice rendition in my book anyway... rederic (1811), montréal, Quebec, Canada
