Commercial Description:
Bready malt and spicy hops provide the backbone to this American wheat before the sweet honey comes in for balance.

On tap at brewpub. Pours golden amber with white head. Aroma is wheat, honey, pale malt and some grain. Flavor is bready malt, honey, wheat and some grain. Not to bad for a wheat beer. Liked it better than the pilsner.

hazy amber color, medium white head, nice lace. nose is spicy, sweet malt. mildly sweet flavor, with only the most appealing trace of honey. lightly bitter finish. a nice enough wheat brew (which, thankfully, has no trace of banana!). on tap @ RBOP.

Mug club draft poured on tap at the brewpub (Orland Park, IL). Pours a hazy darker gold, a little lighter around the edges, moderate creamwhite head that laces fairly well, dies to a decent layer. Aromas are lightly sweet, a touch of honey and flaked wheat grainy sweetness, light lemon peel and juice, faint florals. A bit mellow, some may even say bland. Initial is grainy, cereal malts and a touch of honey sweetness, wheat with the usual slight sourness towards the backend, lemon rind and light honey round out towards the back end. Light bitterness, lemon, floral bitterness from a decent dosing of hops for the style. This was ok, not my favorite of the style.

On tap at the brewpub: This pours a hazy amber/straw body with a respectable head and laces the glass nicely. The aroma is bready, sweet with honey and warm with spices. The flavor was sweet without cloying, had a fruity addition and some balancing bitterness from the hops. Atasty, refreshing brew.
