A very light crisp aroma. Slightly hazy, otherwise appears with the same pale yellow color of any ubiquitous american beer. Very light on the palate. Tastes like icicles off my rain gutter as first. Comes across as a nice session brew even tho the alky content is above 5%. You can barely tell there is any alky in there. Lacks any hop bitterness and this is very pleasing to me. Has a pleasant amount of goodly carbonation and the fizziness is not over the top. Much better in the enjoyability factor than most hefes. Overall, one of the better brews I’ve had at rock bottom pittsburgh, well done brewer Steve Panos!
