This would be a very nice weizenbock if it had some carbonation. Aroma was weak. Couldn’t pick up anything. Pour was a beautiful medium cloudy brown with a nice 3 finger pillowy tan head. Taste was flat but delicious. Strong roasted malt and wheat that fills the mouth. Without the bite of carbonation, it leaves the palate quickly which is a shame.
