Tasted at OBF 2002. Light gold color. American Dream Lager is billed as a pre-prohibition lager. A light to medium bodied lager. Light malts and somewhat hoppy. A touch of corn is added to the beer, giving it just a touch of sweetness. Hops are noticeable and slightly spicy. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Nice beer. Refreshing.
