This is listed under PORTLAND RB for some reason, had at 07 Arborfest though. Pretty good stuff, fairly well balanced but again this stuff was pretty sweet on the ol palate so not sure if i could do more then about one of these...

10 ounce sample at Rock Bottom in Portland, OR. Sweet, metallic, yeasty, musty aroma that is suitable for a maibock. A little banana in the nose is present. Transparent copper color with an off-white/yellowish head that is frothy. Cloying, very sweet honey-like start with some banana notes in the middle. Finishes with very mild grassy hops. Very sweet. Not for everyone.

Tao@Rock Bottom, Portland. Another fairly thin beer from these guys. This in true bock style was a bit sweeter and stickier, touch of caramel in their and not a hell of a lot else.
