Commercial Description:
This robust beer is rich and satisfying, with chocolatey, roasted notes and a smooth finish. This beer is dark, but still very drinkable and is a smooth companion to one of our juicy burgers or steaks.

Best Rock Bottom so far. Aroma is malty, choc and coffee. Flavor is balanced and very tasty, smooth and clean as most of their brews are.

This was quite a nice porter. On the darker end of the already dark porter spectrum. Got a half gallon jug for $6!! Needless to say I drank most of it in one night. Great thing about this beer is that it will leave you without a hangover. If you are going to Rock Bottom in Portland, you should try this for sure, along with the cream stout if it’s in season.

Dark brown, with a minimal head, and a nice mild malty aroma. A lovely roasted flavor, pleasantly bitter, and quite good for a chain brew.

On tap at Portland location. Dark brown with ruby edges and a white head. Nice aroma of roasted malt and mocha. Flavor has notes of caramel, toffee, roasted malt and chocolate. Finish is expectedly roasty as well. Thin bodied with moderate carbonation. Solid
