Had at the All Colorado Beer Festival in Colorado Springs on 11/7/09 (brewed by the Colorado Springs Rock Bottom). Color is a nice gold with average carbonation and a small tight head. Aroma is spicy with some nutmeg showing and a hint of soy. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish is eggnog like with pumpkin, nutmeg, vanilla and nutty malt flavors. This is a very well done Pumpkin brew.

On tap at the downtown Indianapolis brewpub. Pours orange with a thin white head. Slight lacing. Aroma of pumpkin pie spices, malt, and a hint of hops. The flavors were the same. Light to medium body with medium carbonation. Not a bad beer, but it was not very interesting. Basically a mild ale with pumpkin pie spices.

(11/11/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in King of Prussia. 6.0%. Slightly hazy deep golden color. Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, some cinnamon. Sweetish flavor with some malt, ginger and spices. Medium-bodied.

Pours a dark amber in color with a nice frothy, beige head. Smell is all spice and a little malty. Taste is very nice. Pleny of spice coming through. Not your everyday spices either. I’m getting a lot of nutmeg in this one. Easily one of the best Rock Bottom (Cincy) beers that I’ve had. They have a new brewer and I hope this momentum continues.

Deep amber with a ring of spice on the rim. Very spicy aroma with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice with a sweet malty base note. Flavour is a bit thin unfortunately, but it isn’t bad.
