Draught at brewery. Better than expected honestly. Assuming this is the correct brew since every brewery locations seems to call it something different. Very cloudy pour that was more brown than typical. Normal hefe aroma and flavour of citrus and spice. Very refreshing.

On tap at brewery. Dull, straw gold in color. Aroma of banana, clove and wheat. Better aroma than flavor. Flavors of banana, straw, wheat, with a hint of spice. A bit watery. Forgettable, but not bad.

Board just sed hefe. Very sheaty aroma, lots of banana in the flavor, but the banana and wheat are just right. A pretty good finish. Quite pleasantly surprised.

My favourite of the beer they had on tap while we were there. Very nice fruity notes, subtle spice, and just overall a very balanced offering. Cloudy and yellow, not too fizzy, no head to speak of.

Draft: Called just Hefeweizen. Golden orange color, good carbonation. Nose of toasted wheat, light banana and some clove. The flavor has a good level of hallertau hops, creamy wheat body and a bit of off-notes in the finish and light overall compared to the originals but this is decent. Perhaps less wheat ratio in the grist.

Citris and banana aroma. Pours a cloudy yellow, thin head. Yeast and banana flavours. Could have used some more sourness. Still, you could proabably pound back alot of these bad boys.

Draught sampler. Cloudy orange-yellow. Spicey nose with lemon and yeast notes. Creamy body, nice. Flavours of citrus, coriander and yeast. Seemed to have a bit of Belgian character. Tasty, though.

Served in a tall tumbler glass (don’t often see these in Oz...nice feel) with a slice of bloody lemon! (The first but certainly not the last time this happened). Cloudy yellow with some orange tinges, a little dark than the text book variety. Lemon overtones on the nose (funny that) and some faint spice. Doesn’t really show enough for high marks. Light to medium weight palate. Some more lemon and faint corriander / spice, but just not obvious enough. Plenty of gas - matched the warm Sunday arvo nicely.
