Commercial Description:
To celebrate the fall harvest we used 65 pounds of pumpkin meat in the mash and then subtly spice the brew with allspice, cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg. Well balanced to insure this is a craft beer and not liquid pumpkin pie. 30 IBUs.

Draught at the brewpub. Orange with a creamy off-white head. The aroma is very pumpkin pie in character, and I love pumpkin pie; spices, pumpkin, and baked crust all make themselves known. The flavor has a nice sweet, lightly caramel malt base with spices and pumpkin well integrated and a little less forceful than the aroma. Stays a little sweet through the finish, which I really like in the style. Medium bodied with a light richness. Pretty good pumpkin ale. Nothing drastic, but rocks the pumpkin pie thing well, while not being too sweet.
