Apr 5, 2006 This was called Brown Bear Brown, but I am assuming it was the same recipe. Rich and malty, with just a hint of honey and nuts. Toasted caramel malts, with just a bit of chocolate coming through in the finish.

Feb 15, 2004 My major complaint is that they served this ice cold! Once it had some time to warm up, it was a decent brown ale with a nice, roasty taste. It was the best one I tried at the R.B in Irvine, CA

Oct 18, 2002 Roasted malt aroma. Sweet, toasty, porter like taste with a hint of coffee and hop bitterness. Full mouthfeel. A tasty beer.
