Actually a pretty good beer. Easily the best regular beer available at Rock Bottom in Seattle. Solid entry in the style and amongst my favorite brown ales.

A little bit of nut aroma in this. Nutty flavor with some cocoa as well. A little carbonation bite at the end makes this a pretty good brown to me.

On tap at Rock Bottom Seattle location. Pours out a brown topped with a small head. Aroma was sweet light milk chcolate and some malts. Taste was more of the sweetness along with a rich malt.

Tap@Brewpub. Light nutty and sweet aroma. Light brown colour, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, light bitter, light nutty, hint of smoke. Drinkable but uninteresting.

Brown pour with thin head that hung around for a long time. The aroma is of chocolate, nuts, a touch of roast. Flavors of caramel malts, roasted malts, a little chocolate, a touch of sweetness. Smooth and pleasant.

This was called Brown Bear Brown, but I am assuming it was the same recipe. Rich and malty, with just a hint of honey and nuts. Toasted caramel malts, with just a bit of chocolate coming through in the finish.
