Nov 17, 2007 Medium orange amber, lightly carbonated. Enjoyable pumpkin spice aroma with clove, nutmeg and cinnamon noticeable on the finish. Beautiful medley of pumpkin spices play well together on the palate. Nice pumpkin beer albeit under-carbonated.

Nov 11, 2007 Medium amber with small head. A little hops and spices with lots of cloves. A little spicey yeast in the aroma and taste. Not much pumpkin taste. A little alcohol burn.

Nov 11, 2007 (Draught) Sampled at Elysian Pumpkin Beer Festival on October 20, 2007. Dissipated foamy white head with a deep orange. Flowery, nail polish. Flavour is muted. Mild spice with a English maltedness.

Oct 27, 2007 Dull amber colour. Gourdy nose with light spice. Bland. Watery body, vague spice and caramel/earth accents. If this was a soup I’d say they forgot the salt.
