Jul 30, 2007 Draught sample, Seattle. Nice hoppy aroma. Sweet malt and some grapefruit, bit of apricot and pear. Golden amber clear with thin off-white head. Mild body with medium carbonation. Starts hoppy with fresh grapefruit and apricot. Mild malt-grainy sweetness and bit of biscuit. Finish is crisp with apricot and bit of chalky bitterness. Fruity grassy after.

Oct 27, 2006 Draft at Rock Bottom Seattle. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a lacy white head. Pine and citrus arome. Medium body and carbonation. More malty backbone than most RB beers - they’re usually overly focused on ’brewhouse efficiency." Dry pine and grapefruit finish. RB dry hops this beer, and if I was was picking a style based on taste rather than the brewer’s description. I’d have to go with IPA.
