cask at the brewpub. gold body with not much head to speak of once the artificial head decayed. left an oily residue on my glass though. aroma is staight up peppers. reminds me of jalapeno. smells like salsa and corn chips. taste is very mild pepper flavor; green chili, sweet corn tortilla and salsa. interesting beer, not one i’ll order again for a couple of reasons: the sweet corn and vegetable(tomato and cilantro) flavor are a drawback, i don’t like tomato juice, also there is just an "other" taste i can’t describe, but bugs me. this just ain’t for me. another reason that only came up an hour after i drank a pint is that it gives me a bit of indigestion.
