On tap at RB South Denver. Pour a dark amber with white head. Aroma is hoppy with citrus, caramel, malt and light fruit. Flavor is citrus, hops, light fruit, and caramel malt. More of an IPA than a DIPA in my opinion. Good mouthfeel and carbonation. Not to bad of an IPA.

Nitro-draught. Pours clear amber with a large, creamy off-white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, meal), heavy hop (flowers, perfume, pine, citrus), average yeast (sweat, dough) with notes of peach, pear, and apricot. Full bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.

On tap @ Rock Bottom Westminster poured a clear gold with a small lasting ivory head. Aroma was fruity with light carmel. Pal;ate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of light citrus, apple and light carmel with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

tap at the brewpub. murky dark yellow. nice lacing gray white head. aroma is great. a bit of pine resin, citrus that invites me in. some wet stems mixed in. taste- lackluster, the aroma pumped me up and the flavor let me down. really not the hop flavor i was expecting. toast and lemon spring to mind. i thought- hoppy amber, not a IIPA- even though i don’t rate to style, this is not a repeat purchase/ some burning on my tongue late in this and makes for atasty burp too. this is a bit too thin overall.
