pours hazy copper, slight tan head. caught only a whiff of spicy air in the nose. flavor was very weak, mostly indistinguishable "spice". indeed, something diabolical was going on; someone stole the flavor!<br /><br />tasted at <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/brewers/rock-bottom-chicago/4301/><u> <b>Rock Bottom Chicago</b></u></a> First Annual <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Events-Detail.asp?EventID=7155><u> <b>ROCK FEST</b></u></a>

Draught at the pub. 03/08. Amber reddish color little head. Clovey rich flavor med body a lingering tart bitterness, dry malts. Medium a bit foamy with some carb tingle. Too foamy. 6 3 6 2

I was hoping for a little bit more from this beer. Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of mainly malt with a little bit of spice in there. The overall beer was little thin with not enough flavor. There was some nice malt and caramel in there. This was the beginning of my long session here.
