Rating #4200... Draft… DLD’08… Mostly clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. The aroma is malty and earthy, but so subtle that I had a hard time pulling anything from it at all. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Leans on the bitter side of balance, but is far more palatable than many American IPAs. Bittersweet, caramel finish.

Jul 10, 2008 Copper amber thin foamy lacing off white head. Sweet floral, seems like some crystal malts tasty, with a subdued bitterness.. Solid

Jul 7, 2008 Draft at brewery(4/24/08)-A hazy amber body with an aroma of hops and malt. A flavor of hops, dryness, and some bitterness on a medium body. Not my favorite Pale Ale Style but not bad.

Apr 17, 2008 Nice pour, a clear amber body with some red highlighting and a creamy & sustained white head. The aroma’s a bit light but gives a good blance between a caramel/toffee sweetness and an herbal/earthy bitterness. That bitterness increases during the drinking, letting you know it’s indeed an IPA.
