Mar 30, 2008 This is a very good cider that goes down smoothly and can be drunken with just about anything. I highly recommend it. It has a light yellow diamond color with a nonexistant head, but it has a great taste, very fresh and very refreshing.

Aug 15, 2007 Bittersweet appleskin aroma is quite appealing. Brilliantly clear pale golden body is topped by a fizzy white head that recedes instantly to the slightest ring. Fairly dry and tart apple flavour is straightforward and enjoyable, if somewhat short-lived. Medium carbonation to the dry, light body. Stem glass. Fridge temperature. Can (Brewery Creek, Jul-07).

May 12, 2007 Yow, this one had some tang and a pleasing astringent finish where so many others woulda been sweet to the core...no pun intended. Very drinkable.

Apr 18, 2006 Can. Aroma is headlined by a very sweet apple smell. Pours a golden yellow with a very thin white head. Apple of course dominates the flavour. A little overcarbonated for my liking but still a very solid beer from Big Rock
