Light blond color. Light apple aroma, a bit sour. There is very light apple flavor, and a quite high sourness, citric. Refreshing.

This is a very good cider that goes down smoothly and can be drunken with just about anything. I highly recommend it. It has a light yellow diamond color with a nonexistant head, but it has a great taste, very fresh and very refreshing.

Very pale yellow color. Aroma is a white wine character, apple with tartness. Taste is lightly alcoholic, still come white wine complexity.

Bittersweet appleskin aroma is quite appealing. Brilliantly clear pale golden body is topped by a fizzy white head that recedes instantly to the slightest ring. Fairly dry and tart apple flavour is straightforward and enjoyable, if somewhat short-lived. Medium carbonation to the dry, light body. Stem glass. Fridge temperature. Can (Brewery Creek, Jul-07).

Yow, this one had some tang and a pleasing astringent finish where so many others woulda been sweet to the core...no pun intended. Very drinkable.

Can. Aroma is headlined by a very sweet apple smell. Pours a golden yellow with a very thin white head. Apple of course dominates the flavour. A little overcarbonated for my liking but still a very solid beer from Big Rock
