Light blond color. Light apple aroma, a bit sour. There is very light apple flavor, and a quite high sourness, citric. Refreshing.

Nov 7, 2009 A light golden cider with a thin white head. In aroma, lightly tart apples, with light funk. In mouth, a sweet overcarbonated cider, watery and light, run of the mill. Tasted Nov. 6 2009 at Ottawa Wine and Food Show.

Aug 15, 2007 Bittersweet appleskin aroma is quite appealing. Brilliantly clear pale golden body is topped by a fizzy white head that recedes instantly to the slightest ring. Fairly dry and tart apple flavour is straightforward and enjoyable, if somewhat short-lived. Medium carbonation to the dry, light body. Stem glass. Fridge temperature. Can (Brewery Creek, Jul-07).

Nov 29, 2009 2009-11-28. Very pale yellow body, headless. Aroma is mild, light musty touches with tart apple notes. Flavour is similar, light acidity and tart apple notes, mild fruity sweetness in the core, apples. Average palate. Just a tad light overall it leaves an impression of having been brewed stronger and diluted. I have no idea if that was the case here but it leaves that impression. Sep 14, 2004 (Draught) Samples at OSheas in Saskatoon. Nicely tart. Very similar to Grande Tentation. Linguring bitterness. I very much like this cider.

Oct 9, 2003 Updated: Aug 1, 2005Bubbly yellow beer-like looking beverage. Big White bubbles quickly disapear leaving a ring of froth. Very strong apple aroma. Sweet candy apple taste which is appropriate I guess. Kind of soda popish with a trace of yeast.

Jan 15, 2009 I do not like cider. I would normally not rate a cider. But I tried this one after touring the Big Rock brewery today so I thought that this should be the one cider that I rate since I did enjoy myself so very much. Still, even if this is a good example, it reaffirmed my aversion to cider: too sweet and too fizzy (and by other accounts here this one is actually not very sweet for a cider!).
