Golden yellow with a bubbly effervescence. Full of typical okanagan apple tartness of course with pleasant bitterness and a touch of yeast. There’s a candy-like feel about it but it doesn’t show up until the drink warms over some time. Bubbles floweth! Good good cider and an impressive feat from BIG ROCK!@$! furballman (25), Seoul, South Korea
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 30, 2008 This is a very good cider that goes down smoothly and can be drunken with just about anything. I highly recommend it. It has a light yellow diamond color with a nonexistant head, but it has a great taste, very fresh and very refreshing. presario (2960), Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Big White bubbles quickly disapear leaving a ring of froth. Very strong apple aroma. Sweet candy apple taste which is appropriate I guess. Kind of soda popish with a trace of yeast. This one had a nice mineral-like quality to it, with very little carbonation. I’d drink it again. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Bittersweet appleskin aroma is quite appealing. Brilliantly clear pale golden body is topped by a fizzy white head that recedes instantly to the slightest ring. Fairly dry and tart apple flavour is straightforward and enjoyable, if somewhat short-lived. Medium carbonation to the dry, light body. Stem glass. Fridge temperature. Aroma is mild, light musty touches with tart apple notes. Flavour is similar, light acidity and tart apple notes, mild fruity sweetness in the core, apples. Average palate. Just a tad light overall it leaves an impression of having been brewed stronger and diluted. I have no idea if that was the case here but it leaves that impression. Pleasant, average mainstream cider. On tap at Clinton’s, Toronto
