Pours a clear pale amber with about the same amount of head as youd expect on a cider. Nose is a little sour and pretty sweet. Flavour is nice, very dry, but nice, fairly bitter. Carbonation is pretty high, fits for a cider. It’s about as good as a cider could be.

Draught at Ship and Anchor, Calgary
Light blond color. Light apple aroma, a bit sour. There is very light apple flavor, and a quite high sourness, citric. Refreshing.

This is a very good cider that goes down smoothly and can be drunken with just about anything. I highly recommend it. It has a light yellow diamond color with a nonexistant head, but it has a great taste, very fresh and very refreshing.

Very pale yellow color. Aroma is a white wine character, apple with tartness. Taste is lightly alcoholic, still come white wine complexity.

Very pale yellow. Large bubbles. Appley, sulphury, alchoholic nose. Sweetish body with a tart finish. Light appley notes.
