Aroma is average malt (bread, cereal, meal), average hops (flowers, pine), average yeast (sweat) with notes of pear and apple. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness and acidity, heavy bitterness.

Nov 13, 2006 on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is citrus hops. Taste is citrus hops, secondary medium malt with a slight bite. OK carbonation.

Good Hoppy Brew. Nice golden color with a light head. Nice malt flavor and a good amount of hops used. Great Pale Ale.

Jul 8, 2005 Nice yellowish-amber; but mostly headless. Very smooth and creamy texture. Healthy amount of caramel-tasting malts. Flowery and a little citrusy. Balancing bitterness. Nothing over the top, but nice flavors throughout. Good APA.
